Bacteria?
Are there bacteria that produce water as a waste product? Or at least something close enough to be filtered?

Fans
Questions:
1. At what wing span does the wake turbulence from a fan become pronounced enough to affect the airflow to the sides/rear?
2. What size of fan is needed to create an appreciable current flow? I guess this depends on wind speed so perhaps need to gather data on local airflow speeds?

Lens
1. How does a lens focal length determine the heat generated when sunlight is focused?
2. What is the maximum temperature a magnifying glass can generate and how does this relate to the answer for 1?

Water collection
Questions:
1. What animals can extract water from their surrounding? Obviously I'm not talking about tapping running water.
2. Are there insects that can trap water with their bodies? Is there something in nature that could be emulated to capture free vapour?
3. Are there any studies on condensation efficiency at given temperatures? Is there an optimal range? Is this affected by atmospheric pressure and if so how?

Test
Mission:
1. Find way to purify water
2. Generate water from airborne moisture
3. Generate electricity from wind using multiple, smaller, wind fans instead of one large one
